 Final destination approaching!
ACLas3000, the 3D LASER CUTTING booth developed by ACNS and produced in its workshops, will soon be operational at the end customer's premises! 9 axes, double rotary tables, loading in hidden time, safety radars for automatic loading, 3D cutting, ... All these features meet the needs - precision, specificity of the worked materials - of aeronautical customers and all industries with high technology requirements.

October 2021 :

Now in place in ABIDJAN!
The ACNS team, on the SITARAIL maintenance site, is returning to service this machining centre for reprofiling train wheels without dismantling the axle - underfloor wheel lathe - equipment entirely retrofitted by ACNS in its workshop

 to test their fully automated welding and additive manufacturing machine, equipped with a laser profile and left surface recognition system. Machine made by ACNS: 7 axis gantry, MIG welding process.
