ACLas3000, the 3D LASER CUTTING cell developed by ACNS and manufactured in its workshops, soon to be operational at the end customer’s site ! 9 axes, dual rotary tables, in-cycle loading, safety scanners for automatic loading, 3D cutting, … A wealth of features meeting the needs – precision and the specific characteristics of the materials being processed – of customers in the aerospace sector and other industries with high-tech requirements.

Now operational in ABIDJAN!
The ACNS team at the SITARAIL maintenance site is bringing this machining centre back into service. It enables train wheels to be reprofiled without removing the axle – an underfloor wheel lathe. The equipment was fully refurbished by ACNS in its workshops.

ACNS presents its new digitised welding gantry
